As a PLR participant, you will also receive daily recordings to use at home, which will enhance your experience during the program. It is important to listen to these recordings regularly as they will prepare you for the group hypnosis sessions.

*Participants must have had at least three [3] sessions or more with a trained hypnotherapist and twenty [20] sessions or more on their own within the past thirty-six [36] months. Because PLR can help individuals reach alternate levels of subconsciousness, it is important that each PLR participant has experienced and understands their own authority and control during hypnosis. If you have completed sessions with Renae Cerquitella or Katherine Long they will have records of your completion. If you have worked with another hypnotherapist(s), please provide a record of completion.
